Creates Section 104.315, Florida Statutes, regulating political activities at public K-12 schools and public higher education institutions

Permits candidate forums/debates only when all qualified candidates are invited, allows facility use under equal terms for all users, and permits voter registration events not involving campaigns or parties

Prohibits posting campaign signs, distributing campaign literature, collecting campaign donations, campaigning for candidates, and any activity appearing to endorse one candidate over another

Bars faculty and staff from using email, offices, or work time for political advocacy

Violations constitute second-degree misdemeanors, with each violation treated as a separate offense; effective date July 1, 2026
