Amends Florida Statute 626.7492 to revise the definition of "controlling person" with technical language changes regarding direct or indirect power over reinsurance intermediary management

Excludes certain underwriting managers from the definition of "reinsurance intermediary manager," specifically those managing assumed facultative risks where such business is less than 10 percent of the reinsurer's assumed annual gross written premium

Maintains existing exclusions for reinsurer employees, U.S. branch managers of alien reinsurers, underwriting managers under common control with the reinsurer, and managers of joint underwriting or reinsurance pools

Reenacts section 626.022(1)(a), F.S., to incorporate the definitional amendments into the insurance code's scope provisions
