Creates the Antisemitism Task Force within the Office of Civil Rights of the Department of Legal Affairs to combat antisemitism in Florida, with first meeting required by August 1, 2026

Task force composed of 15+ members including appointments by the Senate President (3), House Speaker (3), Governor (2), legislative minority leaders, plus the Attorney General, Commissioner of Education, and representatives from law enforcement, local government, and education associations

Members serve 2-year terms without compensation but receive per diem and travel expense reimbursement; task force must meet at least quarterly

Duties include conducting comprehensive review of antisemitism prevalence, advising on law enforcement hate crime training, evaluating hate crime statutes, assessing digital media literacy programs, and recommending strategies and legislation

Annual report with policy recommendations due to Governor and legislative leaders before January 31 each year, with initial report focusing on antisemitism in schools and universities; task force automatically repealed October 2, 2029, unless reenacted
