Creates the "No Shari'a Act" (s. 45.085, F.S.) making void and unenforceable any court ruling, arbitration decision, or contractual provision based on Shari'a or foreign law that would deny parties fundamental constitutional rights including equal protection, due process, free exercise of religion, freedom of speech, privacy, and right of marriage

Defines "foreign law, legal code, or system" as any law from a jurisdiction outside U.S. states or territories, including international organizations and tribunals

Prohibits state courts, arbitration panels, tribunals, and administrative agencies from transferring civil actions if the transfer would result in application of Shari'a or foreign law that violates constitutional rights

Exempts existing Florida Supreme Court precedent, adjudication of internal religious organization matters (clergy selection, doctrine interpretation), corporations voluntarily subject to foreign law, and matters where federal law preempts state law
