Requires annual mammogram coverage for women ages 25-40 under Medicaid, individual health insurance policies, group health insurance policies, and health maintenance contracts, effective July 1, 2026

Mandates coverage for one supplemental breast cancer screening per year (MRI, ultrasound, or molecular breast imaging) for women at increased risk due to dense breast tissue, personal/family history of breast cancer, biopsy-proven benign breast disease, ancestry, genetic predisposition, or not having given birth before age 30

Removes previous age-tiered mammogram requirements that provided baseline mammograms only for women 35-39, biennial mammograms for women 40-49, and annual mammograms only for women 50 and older

Requires the Agency for Health Care Administration to seek federal approval if needed to implement Medicaid coverage provisions

Coverage remains subject to standard deductible and coinsurance provisions for outpatient visits, with insurers required to offer coverage without deductible/coinsurance for an additional premium
