Amends Florida's MOBILE Act (s. 456.0145, F.S.) to add a new eligibility requirement for dentists and dental hygienists seeking licensure by endorsement from other states

Applicants must have graduated from a dental or dental hygiene program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation, its successor, or another accrediting entity recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

Maintains existing ineligibility criteria including pending complaints/investigations, felony or misdemeanor convictions related to health care practice, revoked/suspended licenses, and National Practitioner Data Bank reports

Effective date: July 1, 2026
