Creates the Gun Violence Prevention Pilot Program in Gainesville, operated by IMPACT GNV in collaboration with the Department of Juvenile Justice, state attorney, and public defender of the eighth judicial circuit

Targets individuals ages 10-21 who are at moderate or high risk of being gun violence victims, offenders, or those returning from delinquency residential programs, as well as their family members

Requires mental health services including individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, art/music therapy, substance abuse treatment, and mediation training

Provides alternatives to incarceration for youth in the delinquency system, including GED programs, job training, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities

Appropriates $500,000 in nonrecurring funds for fiscal year 2026-2027, with annual reporting requirements beginning October 31, 2027, and program expiration on June 30, 2030
