At least 50% of primary care providers in Medicaid managed care plan networks must offer appointment availability outside regular business hours, defined as Monday-Friday 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. and all day Saturday and Sunday

The Agency for Health Care Administration must establish standards to ensure Medicaid enrollees have access to network providers during state holidays and outside regular business hours

The agency must conduct systematic and continuous testing of provider network databases to confirm accuracy, verify behavioral health providers are accepting enrollees, and confirm access to behavioral health services

Managed care plans must submit quarterly reports identifying the number of enrollees assigned to each primary care provider
