Requires written parental consent before using biofeedback devices on minors; results must be provided to parents and treated as confidential medical records

Establishes parental right to review, inspect, and consent to surveys or questionnaires that may reveal information about political beliefs, mental/psychological problems, sexual behavior, religious practices, or family income before administration to their minor child
