Exempts from public records requirements the home addresses, dates of birth, and telephone numbers of current appellate court clerks, as well as personal information of their spouses and children including names, home addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, places of employment, and school/daycare locations

Defines "appellate court clerk" as a person appointed as clerk of the Florida Supreme Court or a district court of appeal, or court employees assigned to the 2610 or 2620 class codes

Extends the existing sunset date for judicial assistant exemptions from October 2, 2028 to October 2, 2031, requiring legislative review under the Open Government Sunset Review Act

Applies retroactively to information held by agencies before, on, or after the effective date

Takes effect July 1, 2026
