Establishes the "Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair Act" (CROWN Act), prohibiting discrimination based on protected hairstyles in Florida's K-20 public education system

Prohibits students from being excluded from participation in, denied benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any public K-20 education program or activity based on protected hairstyle

Extends protections to private schools participating in state school choice scholarship programs, requiring compliance with federal antidiscrimination provisions that include protected hairstyles

Takes effect July 1, 2026
