Exempts from public records disclosure the home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of current and former municipal clerks and their staff, including elections filing officers, records management liaison officers, and deputy or assistant municipal clerks

Extends the same exemption protections to spouses and children of municipal clerks and their staff, including their names, home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and places of employment

Exempts the names and locations of schools and day care facilities attended by children of municipal clerks and their staff from public disclosure

Subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will automatically repeal on October 2, 2031, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Takes effect July 1, 2026
