Creates a public records exemption for personal identifying and location information of current emergency department physicians, including home addresses, telephone numbers, and dates of birth

Extends the exemption to spouses and children under 26 years of age of emergency department physicians, covering their names, home addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, places of employment, and school/day care facility locations

Defines "emergency department physician" as a physician licensed under chapter 458 or 459 whose duties are performed in a hospital emergency department licensed under chapter 395

Requires individuals seeking the exemption from non-employer agencies to submit a written and notarized request stating the statutory basis and confirming eligibility under oath

Exemption applies retroactively to information held before, on, or after July 1, 2026, and is subject to repeal on October 2, 2031, unless reenacted by the Legislature
