First violation of prostitution and related acts (except solicitation) upgraded from second-degree misdemeanor to third-degree felony; second violation upgraded from first-degree misdemeanor to second-degree felony; third or subsequent violation upgraded from third-degree felony to first-degree felony

Violations occurring at massage establishments subject to additional penalty reclassification to the next higher degree, with third or subsequent violations becoming life felonies

Removes requirement that persons charged with third or subsequent violations be offered admission to pretrial intervention or substance abuse treatment programs

Massage therapist and establishment licenses must be denied for convictions of any prostitution-related offense under s. 796.07, regardless of whether the offense is a misdemeanor or felony
