Permits AI use for administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, billing and insurance processing, patient record management, and operational data analysis

Allows AI to draft general communications about therapy logistics, but not communications containing therapeutic advice

Permits AI recording or transcription of therapy sessions only with written, informed consent obtained at least 24 hours before services

Creates new Florida Statutes sections 490.016 and 491.019, effective July 1, 2026
