Creates new section 790.0135, Florida Statutes, establishing a consolidated list of locations where carrying weapons or firearms is prohibited, including courthouses, polling places, schools, government meetings, airport terminals, and bars

Prohibits weapons at college/university facilities unless the person is a registered student, employee, or faculty member carrying only a defensive stun gun or nonlethal electric device that does not fire projectiles

Preserves exceptions allowing firearms to be carried/stored in vehicles for lawful purposes and permitting encased firearms in airport terminals for baggage check-in

Establishes knowingly and willfully violating these location restrictions as a second-degree misdemeanor

Removes location restrictions from the concealed carry license statute (s. 790.06) and eliminates the requirement that unlicensed concealed carriers follow the same location restrictions as licensed carriers
