Search warrants may now be issued to recover a deceased body under Florida law

Search warrants for computers, computer systems, and electronic devices must be returned within 365 days (increased from 45 days), with the warrant considered timely executed if the device is seized within 10 days of issuance

Judges may authorize law enforcement officers to appear remotely via audio-video communication technology when applying for search warrants or court orders

Law enforcement agencies may obtain search warrants to use drones for searches in areas where evidence of a crime might reasonably be found
