Courts must immediately remand to custody any person who pleads guilty, pleads nolo contendere, or is found guilty of a "dangerous crime," with no possibility of bond release pending sentencing

Mandatory custody applies regardless of whether the person intends to appeal or has filed a notice of appeal

Custody requirement ends only if the conviction is vacated, reversed on appeal, set aside by acquittal, or otherwise nullified

Expands the definition of "dangerous crime" to include computer pornography and child exploitation violations under s. 847.0135
