Amends s. 252.35, F.S. to require the state comprehensive emergency management plan to evaluate the integration of supplemental weather data and advanced forecasting products and their effects on forecast accuracy, early warning systems, and resilience outcomes

Creates s. 252.396, F.S. defining "advanced forecasting products" as tools, models, or services providing greater precision and timeliness than federal government offerings, and "supplemental weather observational data" as meteorological, hydrological, or atmospheric information from non-federal sources

Requires the Division of Emergency Management to integrate supplemental weather data and advanced forecasting products into emergency management decision making, prioritizing areas that most improve forecast accuracy and public safety

Directs the Division to establish standards for evaluating supplemental weather data and procedures for its use in emergency management, and to promote use of such data

Effective date: July 1, 2026
