Amends Florida Statute 921.0024 to require criminal sentencing scoresheets to include notice about voting rights restoration under Article VI, Section 4 of the Florida Constitution

Requires defendants to receive a copy of the scoresheet containing voting rights information before sentence is imposed

Notice must explain that felony convictions (except murder or felony sexual offenses) result in voting rights restoration upon completion of all sentence terms, including parole, probation, and full payment of restitution, fines, and fees

Murder and felony sexual offense convictions permanently disqualify voting eligibility until civil rights are restored through clemency
