Requires the Department of Children and Families, Department of Health, Agency for Persons with Disabilities, and Agency for Health Care Administration to provide community-based care lead agencies with weekly updates on available beds at licensed out-of-home placement providers and treatment facilities

Directs the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability (OPPAGA) to conduct a comprehensive analysis of Florida's capacity to care for high-acuity children (birth to 18 years) with intensive medical, developmental, behavioral health, or disability needs

Mandates OPPAGA review of specialized placement data over the last 3 fiscal years, including licensed bed counts, capacity utilization, referral diagnoses, out-of-state placements, average wait times from clinical determination to placement, and length of stay by condition

Requires assessment of case manager training quality and uniformity across community-based care lead agencies, as well as review of inter-agency communication methods for bed availability

OPPAGA must submit an interim report by October 1, 2026 and a final report by December 1, 2026, with the act taking effect July 1, 2026
