Increases the reimbursement rate for clerks of circuit court from $40 to $195 per petition, order, appeal, or summons filed for mental health-related cases under the Baker Act and related statutes

Authorizes the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation to submit quarterly reimbursement requests on behalf of all circuit court clerks to the Justice Administrative Commission

Expands reimbursable filings to include petitions for protection against domestic violence, stalking, repeat violence, sexual violence, dating violence, and exploitation of vulnerable adults

Redistributes municipal traffic violation penalty funds: reduces the portion paid to municipalities from 50.8% to 28.2% and increases the portion deposited into the fine and forfeiture fund from 5.6% to 28.2%
