Creates the "Right to Repair Act for Mobility Devices" requiring original equipment manufacturers to provide documentation, embedded software, firmware, parts, and tools needed to service power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and power assist devices

Requires manufacturers to offer repair materials to independent repair providers and device owners on "fair and reasonable terms," with documentation and tools provided at no charge (except for physical copy costs) and parts at costs equivalent to those offered to authorized repair providers

Mandates that manufacturers provide special documentation and tools to access and reset electronic security locks when disabled during servicing

Violations are enforceable under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, though manufacturers are not required to divulge trade secrets and are not liable for damages caused by independent repairs

Applies to mobility devices sold or in use on or after July 1, 2026
