Initiative must include a website and electronic resources covering early detection benefits, risk factor reduction, brain health, screening importance, healthy aging, research progress, clinical trial availability, and community resources

Program requires use of print, outdoor, and digital advertising, social media, public events, and a statewide mobile in-person outreach program prioritizing underserved communities

Contracted nonprofit must have demonstrated history of focusing on Alzheimer's disease care, support, and research, plus organizational capacity to manage a statewide initiative while collaborating with state agencies and private organizations

Alzheimer's Disease Advisory Committee must annually evaluate the initiative and make funding recommendations to the Department of Elderly Affairs and Legislature; effective date July 1, 2026
