Candidates for federal, state, county, multicounty, district, judicial office, or school board who hold dual citizenship must disclose any other countries where they are citizens when filing to qualify for office

Amends Florida Statutes sections 99.061 and 105.031 to add the dual citizenship disclosure requirement to the list of items candidates must submit to the filing officer by the end of the qualifying period

Reenacts section 99.012(1)(b) to incorporate the new disclosure requirement into the statutory definition of "qualifying"
