Requires the agency to contract with a state university to survey qualified organizations, support coordinators, and iBudget clients regarding waiver support coordination service quality, with a final report due to the agency by October 1, 2026

Mandates the agency conduct at least one public hearing in each service region and perform a gap analysis assessing geographic distribution and caseload capacity of waiver support coordinators statewide

Requires the agency to submit a report to the Governor and Legislature by February 15, 2027, identifying core competencies and performance metrics for support coordinators with recommendations for standardizing assessments
