Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles must develop an Endless Summer motorcycle specialty license plate with "Florida" at top, "Endless Summer" at bottom, and any approved image on the far left side

Annual use fees go to Surfing's Evolution & Preservation Corporation to preserve the sport of surfing, with the corporation retaining all revenue until startup costs are recovered

After startup cost recovery, up to 10% of annual use fees may fund promotion, marketing, and administrative costs for the plate and corporation programs

Remaining funds support the Surfing's Evolution & Preservation Experience project, lifeguards, artificial reefs, surfing history organizations, and beach/ocean education programs

Valid motor vehicle and motorcycle Endless Summer plates must be counted together when determining whether the specialty plate meets continuation thresholds under s. 320.08056(8)(a); effective October 1, 2026
