Private schools in the Family Empowerment Scholarship Program must provide written information to parents before initial enrollment about academic programs, policies, code of conduct, attendance policies, and specialized services and therapies offered

Schools may update their specialized services and therapies listing once per school year or when the school district updates its equitable services list, whichever comes first

Within 30 days after receiving a private school services plan from the district, parents of students with IEPs, education plans, English language learner plans, or 504 plans must be informed which modifications, accommodations, and therapies will be honored

Commissioner may determine a private school ineligible for the scholarship program if it fails to meet these requirements
