Proposes creating Section 33 of Article X of the Florida State Constitution, to be submitted to voters at the next general election

Prohibits school districts from discriminating against students, parents, or school personnel based on religious viewpoint or expression, requiring religious expression to be treated equally to secular expression

Allows students to express religious beliefs in coursework, artwork, and assignments without penalty; permits religious clothing, accessories, and jewelry to the same extent as secular items

Permits students to pray or engage in religious activities before, during, and after school, and to organize prayer groups and religious clubs on equal footing with secular groups

Requires daily moment of silence of 1-2 minutes in first-period classrooms across all grades, and permits high schools to make brief opening remarks (up to 2 minutes) including student-led or staff-led prayer at championship contests
