Increases state attorney representation on the Justice Administrative Commission from two members to three members, appointed by the president of the Florida Prosecuting Attorneys Association

Adds a new criminal defense attorney position to the Commission for attorneys who have contracted with the Commission to provide services under s. 27.40 within the preceding 5 years, appointed by the president of The Florida Bar Board of Governors

Adds a new judicial position for one judge or senior judge serving on a court, appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court

Retains two public defender members appointed by the president of the Florida Public Defender Association
