Authorizes the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to select up to 235 additional non-judicial managerial or policymaking positions within the judicial branch for compulsory inclusion in the Senior Management Service Class of the Florida Retirement System, effective July 1, 2026

Requires the Executive Director and General Counsel of the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission to participate in the Senior Management Service Class, effective July 1, 2026

Amends Section 121.055, Florida Statutes, which governs the Senior Management Service Class established in February 1987 as a separate membership class within the Florida Retirement System

Maintains existing compulsory participation requirements for positions including State Courts Administrator, Deputy State Courts Administrators, Clerk and Marshal of the Supreme Court, clerks and marshals of district courts of appeals, and trial court administrators
