Repeals prohibitions on classroom instruction about sexual orientation and gender identity in prekindergarten through grade 8, and removes requirements that such instruction in grades 9-12 be "age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate"

Requires instruction in LGBTQ history in Florida public schools, including Supreme Court cases like Obergefell v. Hodges, the Florida Legislative Investigation Committee, and the Pulse Nightclub tragedy

Authorizes Florida College System institutions and state universities to develop diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and expend state/federal funds on them, reversing previous prohibitions on DEI-related expenditures

Removes provisions that classified certain training on race, sex, or national origin concepts (such as systemic racism or privilege) as discrimination, and eliminates performance funding penalties for universities found in violation

Exempts classroom libraries from certain book objection procedures, limits material objection rights to parents only (removing county resident standing), and prohibits removal of school library materials based on "partisan or doctrinal disapproval"
