Department of State must adopt the international schedule of classes of goods and services (37 C.F.R. s. 6.1) for Florida trademark classification, replacing the state's existing detailed 45-class system enumerated in statute

Department must establish and maintain a secure online portal for trademark registration and renewal applications by December 31, 2027

Online application system must allow electronic submission of specimens of use, drawings of marks, fee payments, and verification signatures

Paper applications require three specimens showing the mark as used; online applications require one electronic specimen copy
