Creates public records and meetings exemptions for three interstate licensure compact commissions: the Interstate Commission for EMS Personnel Practice, the Physician Assistant Licensure Compact Commission, and the Social Work Licensure Compact Commission

Exempts personal identifying information (except name, licensure status, and licensure number) of EMS personnel, physician assistants, and social workers obtained from interstate compact databases from public disclosure

Allows closed meetings when commission members discuss matters specifically exempted from disclosure by federal or state law, with recordings, minutes, and records from those sessions also exempt from public records requirements

Subject to Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2031, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Takes effect contingent on passage of HB 693 or similar legislation in the same legislative session
