Requires South Florida Water Management District to provide detailed annual reports on Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan implementation costs, performance indicators, and project status categorized by planning/design, construction, operational, or pending phases

Limits water management district projects submitted to the Statewide Flooding and Sea Level Rise Resilience Plan to no more than 25% of total funding, with such projects ranked on a separate list
