Amends Section 112.18, Florida Statutes, to allow a previous medical examination showing no evidence of tuberculosis, heart disease, or hypertension to satisfy the preemployment physical examination requirement for disability presumption benefits

Adds law enforcement officers to provisions allowing certification examinations under s. 943.13 to substitute for preemployment physicals when no preemployment exam was conducted

Maintains the presumption that tuberculosis, heart disease, or hypertension resulting in disability or death for firefighters, law enforcement officers, correctional officers, and correctional probation officers occurred in the line of duty unless proven otherwise

Requires benefits claims to be filed before or within 180 days after leaving employment to qualify for the presumption
