Circuit court civil action filing fees increase from $395 to $460 for cases with five or fewer defendants; family law cases increase from $295 to $345; mortgage foreclosure fees increase based on claim value (e.g., claims over $250,000 rise from $1,900 to $2,260)

County court filing fees increase, including claims over $15,000 rising from $395 to $460; case reopen fees increase from $50 to $60 for circuit court and from $25/$50 to $30/$60 for county court

Requires the Office of Economic and Demographic Research to prepare reports by January 1, 2030, and every 3 years thereafter with recommendations for adjusting fees based on Consumer Price Index changes, with fees rounded to the nearest $1 or $5 depending on the fee type
