Creates Section 409.90631, Florida Statutes, requiring the Agency for Health Care Administration to provide Medicaid pharmacy benefit coverage for blood pressure monitors and cuffs for recipients diagnosed with hypertension and prescribed medication to treat it

Coverage includes the cost of necessary repairs and replacement parts for the devices, which must be validated blood pressure measurement devices for home use

Recipients must participate in follow-up care (in person or via telehealth) at least every 6 months during the first 18 months, then at least annually thereafter to maintain continued coverage

Agency must seek federal approval if needed and incorporate rate impacts into Medicaid managed medical assistance and long-term care managed care program rates beginning October 1, 2026
