Amends Florida Statutes 458.315, 459.0076, and 464.0121 governing temporary certificates for physicians, osteopathic physicians, and nurses to practice in areas of critical need

Allows certificateholders to continue practicing under their temporary certificate even after an area loses its critical need designation, provided they maintain active primary care treatment relationships with one or more patients in that area

Requires the Board of Medicine, Board of Osteopathic Medicine, and Board of Nursing to review each temporary certificateholder at least annually for compliance with applicable practice act requirements

Authorizes boards to revoke certificates or impose restrictions/conditions on certificateholders who fail to meet minimum requirements during annual reviews

Takes effect upon becoming law
