Creates Part XVII of Chapter 468, Florida Statutes, establishing state licensure for professional music therapists under the Department of Health, effective July 1, 2026

Requires licensure applicants to hold at least a bachelor's degree in music therapy, pass the Certification Board for Music Therapists examination, and maintain board-certified status for biennial license renewal

Establishes a five-member Music Therapy Advisory Committee appointed by the State Surgeon General, with members serving staggered 4-year terms; committee is subject to repeal October 2, 2029 unless reauthorized

Prohibits unlicensed individuals from using the title "music therapist" or "licensed professional music therapist" beginning January 1, 2027, with exemptions for other licensed healthcare professionals and students in accredited programs

Authorizes disciplinary sanctions including license suspension/revocation, probation, reprimand, and fines of $100-$1,000 per violation for misconduct such as failure to maintain certification, felony conviction, negligence, or client abuse
