Amends sections 125.01055 and 166.04151, Florida Statutes, to exclude farms and farm operations (as defined in s. 823.14(3)) from the definitions of "commercial use," "industrial use," and "mixed use" for purposes of affordable housing residential development authorization

Removes meat packing facilities, citrus processing and packing facilities, and produce processing and packing facilities from the definition of "industrial use"

Exempts seven categories of land from the affordable housing subsection: airport-impacted areas, recreational and commercial working waterfront properties zoned industrial, the Wekiva Study Area, the Everglades Protection Area, open space districts with regulations existing before July 1, 2026, areas of critical state concern, and the Florida wildlife corridor
