District school boards may refer K-12 students to organizations providing mentoring, counseling, tutoring, and extracurricular support services

Organizations cannot restrict participation based on race, color, or ethnicity; mentoring groups marketing to a single racial/ethnic group must prove they employ diverse staff and volunteers

All persons who contact students or are present during service delivery must complete Level 2 background screenings pursuant to s. 435.04, applying to both on-campus and off-campus services

Public schools must post program information on their websites including program names, eligibility requirements, contact information, and application processes

District superintendents must submit compliance reports to the Department of Education within 30 days of request, including school participation data, organization names, and disaggregated student demographics by race, ethnicity, and grade level
