Amends section 472.015, F.S., to create a new pathway for out-of-state surveyors and mappers to obtain Florida licensure by endorsement

Applicants must hold a valid license from another U.S. state or territory, be in good standing, and have at least 5 years of experience as a registered surveyor in responsible charge of surveying and mapping work

All endorsement applicants must pass the Florida law and rules examination prior to licensure

Authorizes the Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers to require documentation from issuing authorities and independently evaluate disciplinary, regulatory, or competency records

Effective date: July 1, 2026
