Creates the Task Force on Artificial Intelligence in Public Postsecondary Education adjunct to the Department of Education, required to convene by August 1, 2026

Membership includes faculty from state universities and Florida College System institutions, representatives from the Board of Governors, State Board of Education, Southern Regional Education Board, and at least one AI/data ethics expert appointed by the Governor

Task force must examine AI's impact on academic integrity, review AI applications in teaching and research, assess privacy and intellectual property implications, and identify faculty training needs

Required to submit a report with findings, model policies, and proposed legislation to the Governor and Legislature by December 1, 2026

Task force terminates upon submission of the report; act takes effect July 1, 2026
