Preempts naming authority for Florida's major commercial service airports (medium and large hub airports under FAA classification) to the state, removing local control over airport names

Establishes official names for seven airports: Orlando International, Miami International, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International, Tampa International, Southwest Florida International, Jacksonville International, and renames Palm Beach International Airport to "President Donald J. Trump International Airport"

Requires the Palm Beach County renaming to receive FAA approval and a licensing agreement granting perpetual, unrestricted, no-cost use of the Trump name for signage, marketing, merchandising, and branding

Mandates all government records created on or after July 1, 2026 use the designated airport names, though existing agreements need not be amended solely for name updates

Requires the Department of Transportation to annually review airport classifications and notify legislative leadership 60 days before session if any airport's status changes
