Creates Section 488.09, Florida Statutes, authorizing the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to enter into interagency agreements with tax collectors to enforce commercial driving school regulations

Tax collectors may prohibit commercial driving school licensees and agents from entering tax collector premises (including parking areas) unless seeking services in their personal capacity

Tax collectors may prohibit fraudulent or deceptive conduct by commercial driving school operators and practices that undermine the integrity of the driver license issuance process

Commercial driving school licensees and agents must present licenses, agent ID cards, and certificates upon demand of law enforcement, department employees, or tax collector employees
