Exempts from public records requirements all draft orders and related written communications developed in preparation for orders by the Public Employees Relations Commission or its designees, expanding the current exemption that only covers final written orders

Makes confidential and exempt from public records the "showing of interest" statements signed by public employees seeking to decertify their union bargaining agent, with an exception allowing verification if there is sufficient reason to believe collusion, coercion, or fraud occurred

Adds the chair, commissioners, and hearing officers of the Public Employees Relations Commission to the list of personnel whose personal identifying and location information is exempt from public records, including home addresses, dates of birth, and telephone numbers

Extends the personal information exemption to cover spouses and children of PERC personnel, including their names, home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, places of employment, and school/day care locations

All exemptions are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will automatically repeal on October 2, 2031, unless reenacted by the Legislature
