Exempts from public records the personal identifying and location information of current state attorney and Office of Statewide Prosecution nonlegal support staff, including home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs

Extends the exemption to cover spouses and children of such nonlegal support staff, including their names, home addresses, telephone numbers, photographs, dates of birth, places of employment, and school/day care locations

Defines "nonlegal support staff" by listing approximately 80 specific employee class codes (6031-6911) covering administrative and support positions

Subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will stand repealed on October 2, 2031, unless reviewed and reenacted by the Legislature

Takes effect October 1, 2026, with retroactive application to information held by agencies before, on, or after the effective date
