Prohibits the Agency for Health Care Administration from requiring assisted living facilities with limited nursing licenses to meet minimum staffing requirements for limited nursing services if no residents currently meet the admission criteria for those services

Extends the deadline for facilities to file preliminary adverse incident reports from 1 business day to 5 business days after the occurrence

Expands permitted medication assistance tasks to include dialing manufacturer-prefilled insulin pens and attaching new needles to those pens

Removes the word "licensed" from consumer information requirements regarding the number and type of beds facilities must report to the agency
