Creates the Local Government Cybersecurity Protection Program within the Florida Digital Service to help local governments defend against cybersecurity threats, including ransomware incidents

Requires the Florida Digital Service to enter into data-sharing agreements with local governments for collecting, analyzing, and exchanging security-related information

Provides grants of information technology commodities and services to eligible local governments, with preference given to fiscally constrained counties, awarded by December 1 annually

Allows local governments to purchase IT commodities and services through Florida Digital Service contracts even without receiving a grant, at their own expense

Requires annual reports beginning December 15, 2027 detailing grant applications, awards, and outcomes; program set to repeal July 1, 2031 unless reenacted
